Shipping & Returns

Every Eden Peau order is prepared with care and intention. From fulfillment to delivery, we are committed to ensuring your experience reflects the standards we uphold.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping throughout Canada and the United States.

Estimated delivery timelines:
• Canada: 3–5 business days
• United States: 4–7 business days

Tracking details are provided once your order ships. While transit times are determined by the carrier, our team is always available to assist with any delivery concerns.


Returns & Refunds

We understand that introducing a new skincare formulation requires trust and thoughtful consideration.

We want you to feel completely comfortable experiencing Eden Peau as intended. You may use your product and evaluate how it performs for your skin — if within 30 days of delivery it isn’t the right fit, simply contact us and we’ll take care of the rest. Opened products are eligible for return within this period.

Once your return request is submitted, a prepaid return label will be provided. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your return. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Undeliverable Orders

Each Eden Peau order is carefully packaged to arrive in impeccable condition. In the rare event that damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 5 days at support@edenpeau.com and include photos of:

• The damaged item(s)
• The exterior and interior of the shipping box
• The shipping label

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our team will contact you to confirm updated details. Reshipment is available once confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
