How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by region and is shown at checkout.

Who is eligible for complimentary shipping?
Complimentary shipping is extended to Eden Peau VIPs on domestic orders. Non-VIP orders may qualify for complimentary shipping when purchasing two or more bottles.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What if the product doesn’t work for me?
At EDEN PEAU, we stand behind the performance of our formulations. If for any reason your skin does not respond as expected, we invite you to contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can support you.
In order to maintain the integrity of our formulations and protect our community, products must be minimally used and returned in original condition. Each client is eligible for one guarantee claim.
We may recommend personalized usage guidance, an exchange, or store credit before processing a refund. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
